SHEUNIT BREAKS SILENCE: FINALLY DROPS DISS TRACK “BEHIND THE CURTAIN” AFTER YEAR-LONG FEUD WITH N.W. HAY
LADIES PULL STRINGS AND DROP BARS — JUST A YEAR LATE, DUE TO A LOST PIGEON AND A CURSED TART.
After a full year of mysterious silence, iconic rap collective SheUnit has finally responded to N.W. Hay’s ego-fuelled anthem Supastar Reign — a brash track that attempted to crown male mediocrity as genius.
Their answer? A scorching single titled “Behind the Curtain”, a track critics are already calling “a velvet-gloved slap to the entire Y chromosome.”
When asked about the long delay, SheUnit’s frontwoman Lil’ Tessa explained:
“We recorded it ages ago, but our manager sent the master files to a bird sanctuary in Norwich. Then we lost two weeks to a Bake-Off-themed escape room, and one of us had to attend court for ‘reckless fondueing.’ It’s been a journey.”
Behind the Curtain is live now on GadztoFM, with rumours swirling of a full concept EP called “Men? Oh, Bless.” powered by wind, spite, and Prosecco fumes.
N.W. Hay is reportedly “taking a long walk” and has deleted his SoundCloud.
